Here in Swindon we are extremely lucky to have so many excellent local charities, with dedicated staff and volunteers who work hard to support members of our local community.
I regularly visit charities across the town, and as part of my ongoing commitment to support local charities here in Swindon, I am running a Local Charity of The Week Campaign.
As part of my campaign, each week I select a local charity and promote their work in my weekly column, in the local media, and on my social media pages.
