Robert Buckland MP Launches Queen’s Jubilee Portrait Competition

South Swindon MP Robert Buckland is calling on children in South Swindon to take part in a Queen’s Jubilee Portrait Competition.

Robert is asking children to draw a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II to celebrate her 70th year reign.

All of the entries received will be proudly displayed in a special Jubilee section on Robert’s website.

Robert said:

“I hope the children enjoy taking part in the competition as part of the Jubilee Celebrations here in Swindon.

“I am looking forward to receiving all of the entries.”

The Queen’s Jubilee Portrait Competition is open to all children in Robert’s constituency of South Swindon and children can enter in the following age categories:

Aged 5 – 7 years

Aged 7 – 11 years

Aged 11 – 14 years

Aged 14 – 16 years

All entries should include the child’s name, age and a contact email address or telephone number.

Winners for each category will be announced over the Jubilee Bank Holiday Weekend.
