I was pleased to join the team at The New Mechanics Trust at The Cricketers in Swindon yesterday, to celebrate a huge investment from the Government’s Department of Levelling Up. This 1850s pub will be transformed into an internet cafe, social space and accommodation - reviving the historic heart of our great town.
