I spoke in Parliament today on behalf of Thames Water customers in South Swindon. I emphasised that only the private sector will be able to invest, and that the regulator must ensure that it is working in the full interest of customers.
The Terms of Reference for Robert Buckland's Independent Review into the Murder of David Amess have been published. Robert has already assembled a small team to assist him in his work, which is ongoing.
