Tell them that this offence is about fraud intended to benefit themselves, not about a fraud that causes them loss.

They will have in place reasonable procedures to prevent people from acting on their behalf and unjustly benefiting their own companies and

Exactly, and that is the point. What the Government have done is set up a legislative Aunt Sally.
